Your survey report.
A comprehensive written report of your results is provided online and for pdf download direct from your dashboard.
The report was developed using feedback from a panel of schools and is subject to regular modifications to ensure it meets the requirements of educational establishments in an ever-changing landscape. The report goes beyond analysis, makes the results easy to review and interpret for busy Senior Leaders, and most notably provides tailored recommended actions.
The report is available to all staff members who have been granted full or view access. Click on the 'Report' tab on the left-hand menu of the dashboard to view it. There is an executive summary to start, followed by a comparison table against previous surveys (beyond the first survey). The highest scoring and lower scoring cohorts of staff (defined by core and additional filters) are emphasised in a horizontal bar chart for straightforward data visualisation. The report facilitates leaders to review each of the Management Standards and displays the school's top-level scores, together with a commentary, including highlighting your school's strengths and possible areas for focus. These provide summary information of how the school is performing against each of the Management Standards.
The scores range from 1 (low) to 5 (desirable). In addition, your score will show how you benchmark against other schools and cross-sector organisations. This is important as not all scores are equal, for example, you may score highly in some areas, though the comparative score is in a low decile, and vice-versa. Without these benchmarks, you may therefore incorrectly focus on areas where there is little prospect of improvement or ignore areas that need attention.
The next section delivers tailored recommended actions that are most likely to make an impact on staff and the school. It is important to take into account the school context when reviewing the actions as some may already be in place and being undertaken. The report could contain anything from 0 - 21 actions; up to 3 in each area.
You can scroll down through your report to review each Management Standard or use the menu on the right to quickly and easily navigate to each one.
In addition to the six management standards, there is also a section presenting your scores on how well staff are able to utilise their skills and opportunity for career advancement.
