Results Review meeting

Your results provide an analysis of what is happening in your school and recommended actions.

 

They are feedback at one moment in time and the current school context cannot be ignored. Things may have happened locally that have had an impact and it is important to think about these when reviewing results.

 

We want to make sure you get the most from your survey results now and over the next twelve months, in a systemised way that means you do take action and track progress.

 

A results review video call with one of our specialists is included as part of your Welbee membership, should you wish to have one.

 

There are two types of Results Review:

 

Navigational Review: We can answer any questions, make sure results have been interpreted correctly, discuss any school context and also share how other schools have tackled similar problems. You can book your Navigational Results Review meeting by clicking here.

 

Consultative Review: This is particularly for Schools/Trusts who have had an unexpected set of results and are requiring a more consultative approach by a specialist in this field. You can book your Consultative Results Review meeting by clicking here.

 

Before the meeting, it would be helpful if you have reviewed your results and had ideas about the action you want to take.
