You can use resources from the toolkit to help implement plans and Welbee Voice to follow up on actions.
You can use resources and training from the toolkit to make sure you are set up as effectively as you can be and to help decide on your goals and build your plans before, during and after your survey. You can use it through the whole 12 month cycle of support covering:
- Identifying your current state of staff wellbeing.
- Deciding on your intended future state and setting specific goals.
- Making your plans of how you will achieve them.
- Reviewing and tracking progress.
