Group and MAT dashboard

If you are a MAT, federation or group of schools working together then the MAT or Group dashboard will help you to easily see overall results and comparative scores across all schools.
 
This dashboard is in addition to the one that each school can access and provides you with aggregate scores across the MAT or group, as well as comparing school results.
 
From this dashboard you can also access each school dashboard, so you can dig into the detail for each school.
 
 
Logins
At present, there is only one Group login and this will need to be shared by those central senior leaders requiring access. This is different to the school level, where multiple users can be created. A username can be created when registering the Group/MAT rather than using an email address to log in if preferred for a shared login.
 
A selection of Heatmaps are available that show the comparative performance by school and across the MAT. These also provide the breakdown by job role, time at school and by full and part-time staff and for each school to allow for a quick identification of likely strengths and areas for focus.
 
A presentation is also provided to allow you to edit and quickly share results with those that need them.
 
A report is not provided at the Group or MAT level because the overall scores will come from schools and the average of their results could see very different headlines to what is actually happening across the Group or MAT, when looking at the individual schools.
 
We will work with you to summarise the overall MAT or Group position.
 
You login in at  https://app.welbee.co.uk using the email address used to register the account and your password.
 
When operating as a Group or MAT each individual school will also see a comparator of top-level school and MAT scores within their dashboard, but will only be able to see the detailed results for their own school.
